Student Centered Coaching
Some thoughts
Student-Centered Coaching can be a wonderful growing experience for the coach, the teacher and the students. Each 6-8 week coaching cycle begins with the question: What do I want my students to do better? This question opens the door to better teaching practices which help students grow.

Coaching cycles can happen with one student or a whole grade level; with one teacher or a group of teachers. The most important role of the coach is to teach generative and self-perpetuating growth through the use of problem of practice questions and pre- and post-evidence or data. The coach may leave, but the growth should continue.
